The owner of AU44 Hostel approached us because he wanted to combine all his accommodations under the same brand, but together with AU44 Hostel he also runs bungalows around Flúðir and two apartments in Selfoss. We decided to use the AU44 brand for all the accommodations, but split the operation into three: AU44 Cottages, AU44 Apartments and AU44 Hostel.

We took photographs of the accommodations, but it was important to maintain consistency so that it was clear that the accommodations were all under the same brand. Additionally, we set up a three-part website for AU44, but we wanted the website to reflect the stylish atmosphere of the AU44 properties.

Communication with guests was extremely important to AU44, but since the accommodations are in different locations and all the units have key codes, it was very important to get the information to the guest safely. So we designed HTML posts for AU44, adapted for each unit and implemented the posts in their booking system. The emails are automatic and sent out immediately after booking, 3 days before check-in and 3 days after the end of the stay.
